    Para: Los padres y guardians del Area IV Head Start

    Motivo: La Forma de Entrega o Emergencia de Area IV Head Start

    Esta carta es para recordarles que las personas que estan en la Forma de contactos de emergencia o de entrega de los niños del Area IV Head Start son personas que se haran responables y que ustedes se sienten cómodos que nosotros aqui en el Area IV Head Start le entregemos su hijo a esa persona.

    El Area IV Head Start no se hara responsible de como este el niño despues de que el/ella hallan sido entregados a esa persona que usted a escojio y puso en la Forma de Entrega o Emergencia del Area IV Head Start.

    Si usted necesita hacer cambios en la Forma de Entrega o Emergencia del niño del Area IV Head Start, Por favor contacte a un miembro del personal del Area IV Head Start. Tambien, por favor recuerde que es su responsabilidad de contractarnos cuando usted necesite dar información actualizada o que hallan hecho algun cambio para nosotros poder hacer ese cambio en la Forma de Entrega o Emergencia del Niño del Area IV Head Start.

    Si usted o alguna persona que sea autorizada de recoger a su hijo no son vistos cuando el autobús llegue a dejar a su hijo, y no pudo ser localizado por telefono, su hijo será regresado a la escuela. Usted mismo tendra que hacer arreglos para que alguien venga a recoger a su hijo en la escuela. Cualquier niño que no sea recogido cuando la escuela se cierre será entregado al personal apropiado de protección del niño.

    Community Transportation
    All Community Transportation programs are open to public based on available seating, and are wheelchair accessible. They are all-volunteer public transportation programs and can be used for all kind of personal business as often as needed. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are even some prescheduled trips!

    This is a donation-based program. Your generous donation will go towards the gas costs plus help pay for a new vehicle when it is time to replace the existing one.

    The 27th Annual SENIOR GAMES will be held June 10-14, 2013 for seniors age 55+ living in Area IV-served counties. The deadline to register is June 3rd. See Activities/Wellness on this website for the registration form -- due by June 3rd.

    Wacky Wednesdays at the Movies for Seniors will show "The Vow" on June 12. Breakfast snack at 9 a.m. and movie starts at 9:30 a.m. Bring a friend and enjoy the Fellowship & Fun!
