Have you had a fantastic experience with an Area IV program? Or maybe you have a suggestion as to how we can improve, or just a simple question. Using the contact form is a direct way to get in touch with Area IV with any comments or concerns you might have.
Aging and Disability Services: The satellite offices outside of Tippecanoe County are the home base for our Aging Options Counselors and Case Managers whose jobs require that they provide services to their current clients. They do not have regular in-office hours and are not often available for general informational inquiries. If you are a client and need to reach the staff serving you, contact that office and leave a message.
If you are not a current client and are seeking information about resources available for someone who is aging and or disabled (or seeking Medicare counseling), please call the Tippecanoe office, as our Information and Referral Dept. based there has two people on call per day to assist you. They are knowledgeable about resources in your area and are trained Medicare counselors. They will provide you with information about Area IV services and take a referral for Aging/Disability services our agency manages, if necessary. Or, you may use the Contact Form and staff will either return your email or call you if you give us a phone number.
Energy Assistance: If you live in Carroll, Clinton or White Counties, the office hours for the Energy Assistance personnel at that county office are listed. If you want to talk to someone when they aren't in, please contact the Lafayette office.
