Thanks to a partnership with Hippensteel Funeral Service & Crematory and Mulberry Health and Retirement Community and The Cottages of Mulberry, the Agency is able to offer five affordable bus trips annually to visit various destinations that are within a day’s drive. Examples of places we’ve visited include:
- Conner Prairie
- Chicago Museum of Science and Industry
- Boggstown Inn Cabaret
- Brown County/Nashville, IN
- Victory Field (Indianapolis Indians Game)
- John Dillinger Museum
- White River Gardens
- Indiana State Fair.
These trips are promoted each January (usually the 1st or 2nd week) via local newspapers (i.e. Journal & Courier) and sign-up occurs on a first come, first served basis for those individuals age 55 and over.
