Link-Age Information and Assistance – your first stop for information about care options, resources, and procedures for helping yourself or a disabled or aging loved one remain independent. It provides referrals to appropriate agencies and services and offers family consultations and personal needs assessments. Assessments and referrals are done for Medicaid Waiver and CHOICE in-home services and home-delivered meals.

- Resource Center lending library of books and videos on caregiving, pamphlets, information, listings of specific resources. Books & videos may be loaned out with no cost.
- Senior Resource Guide providing information and resources for Area IV’s 8-county service area.
- SHIP counseling: Assistance in understanding Medicare issues, as well as assistance in searching for Medicare Pt. D prescription plans.
- Speakers: Will provide speakers to explain Area IV services or community resources available.
Area IV is a member of the Indiana Care Circle , an organization dedicated to working for quality care through networking with other professionals in the field.
