Buying a home is an important event in your life, but it can also be very complicated. The Homebuyer Class can help you learn the ins and outs of purchasing a home, so that your buying experience goes as smoothly as possible.

The Area IV Agency offers year-round Home Owner Counseling to prospective homebuyers who would like to learn more about the steps in purchasing a home or may be required to attend a homebuyer class as part of securing a mortgage loan.

The class is offered in the evening from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm and is scheduled by appointment.  The class can take from 4-8 hours to complete depending on where a family is in the process of purchasing a home. The cost is $75 per couple and $50 per single parent household.
