HOPE (Helping Our People Everyday) Transit provides transportation for older or mobility-impaired people who need to get to a medical appointment. HOPE runs a limited number of hours each day and does require 24 hour notice to make a reservation.

HOPE Transit Details:

• This is a donation-based program. Your generous donation will go towards the gas costs plus help pay for a new vehicle when it is time to replace the existing one.
• Hours: Tues/Thurs 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Call During office hours 24 hours in advance of need
• We provide transportation assistance for all medical trips
• Local residents may call 765-385-1042 and leave a message (messages are checked daily), or call the Area IV offices at 800-382-7556 to schedule an appointment or directly call the HOPE driver at 1-765-404-1174.
