To save files, RIGHT click your mouse on the desired file, then select 'Save File As' or 'Save Link As'.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF files. If you already have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, when you go to open a PDF document (single click on the file), it will just open. If you computer does not know what to open the file with, then you should download Acrobat Reader.
