Head Start
Low-income families with children between three and five years of age are served by this comprehensive program that includes educational trainings for parents, developmentally appropriate curriculum for children, transportation, nutritious meals, mental health activities, social services, health and special education for the disabled. This program operates in Carroll, Clinton and White counties.

Intensive case management is provided to help low-income families become self-sufficient. Family Development Consultants partner with eligible families to improve family dynamics, strengthen their bonds with the community and increase life skills.
