Head Start
Low-income families with children between three and five years of age are served by this comprehensive program that includes educational trainings for parents, developmentally appropriate curriculum for children, transportation, nutritious meals, mental health activities, social services, health and special education for the disabled. This program operates in Carroll, Clinton and White counties.
