How Can We Help?
Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action Programs, Inc. is committed to providing services to our communities’ most vulnerable individuals. We offer services that will address individual needs and create equal opportunities for those we serve. All services are provided without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, or status as a veteran.
We work with our communities to provide affordable housing opportunities, and we provide program funding to community organizations that provide valuable services which address education, childcare, housing and job training.
Helping Those in Need
We offer a variety of services to low-income individuals that need a hand-up. These services range from utility payment assistance, money management, HUD vouchers, small business loans, and a savings match program.
Assisting the Elderly and Disabled
Area IV Agency is proud to coordinate and monitor state and/or federally funded services for the elderly and disabled in the community setting of their choice. Our information and referral specialists are available to answer questions about services, provide needed resources, and counsel individuals about Medicare plans.
What We Do?
Below is a list of our current services for the community.
Aged and Disabled
Area IV Agency utilizes state and federal funding to provide services in the community setting. These services allow for an individual to remain in the community of their choice and help prevent institutional placement, such as a nursing facility.

Early Childhood Education
Area IV Agency’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) programs focus on “learning through play” by providing a hands-on, interactive atmosphere where children learn about themselves through playing with other children. Learn by play.
