Affordable Housing Development

Affordable housing projects and community economic development opportunities are provided to benefit those persons who have low-to-moderate income, are older (ages 55+), disabled, homeless and/or have special needs in mid-northwestern Indiana. Area IV is committed to providing housing that improves the local economy and overall quality of life for our target populations. These Housing Developments are provided through the Area IV Development Corporation.
