FFY 26-27 Area Plan Public Hearing Presentation

Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action Programs, Inc. is pleased to announce that a copy of our public hearing presentation for the Federal Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Area Plan on Aging Services is now available for public review.

The slide deck provides an overview of Area IV’s mission, the services we provide, the needs identified across our eight-county service region, and the strategic goals we have set for the next two years. It also outlines new initiatives we are pursuing, such as expanding dementia-friendly efforts, developing nutrition education, strengthening support for older caregivers, and enhancing outreach in rural areas. In addition, the presentation highlights how we will measure success and the importance of community input in shaping our programs and services.

We invite individuals, caregivers, service providers, and community partners to review the slides and share any questions, concerns, or suggestions. Your feedback is vital to ensuring that the Area Plan reflects the needs and priorities of the communities we serve.
