The clinic is open every third Saturday of the month from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the IU Arnett Medical Office Building (Entrance #5), located at 5177 McCarty Ln, Lafayette, IN 47905. The clinic offers free healthcare services to uninsured individuals. Walk-ins are not accepted, so please call (219) 207-3814 or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
