Area IV Development is pleased to announce the reopening of H38 East Apartments following the completion of extensive building improvements and professional remediation work.

The health, safety, and well-being of our residents remain our highest priorities. Over the past year, significant work has been completed to address identified building concerns, make necessary repairs and improvements, and prepare the property for residents to safely call home once again.

H38 East reflects Area IV Development’s continued commitment to expanding access to safe, quality, and affordable housing in the communities we serve. We’re excited to see this property return to its purpose: providing local individuals and families with a place to call home.
