Snowy Owl Commons, Area IV Development, Inc. Project to be located at 40-60 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette, Indiana.  This Affordable Housing Project will be the new construction of 50 units that are Age Restricted (Senior Housing) and eligibility will be based upon 80%, 50%, and 30% of  the Area Median Income.

Snowy Owl Commons will be on over 9 acres, complete with a community building, pickleball courts, a dog park, and raised gardens.  All apartments will include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an attached garage, and will be ground level.  These Senior Apartments will be for persons 55 and over.  A waiting list is currently in place.   Projected completion date is the fall of 2024.
