Area IV Development, in partnership with Keller Development, has started construction on 50 new affordable housing units in Lafayette, Indiana.
This project is designed to meet the affordable housing needs of individuals 55 and over. The site will include pickleball courts, raised gardens, and a trail connecting to adjacent grocery store and dog park.
This project was made possible through mixed funding opportunities including State of Indiana Development Funds, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, LIHTC, Readiness Funds, and City of Lafayette HOME Funds.
Construction is expected to be completed in November 2025. Pre-leasing will begin in October 2025.
